NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private equity firm focused on partnering with families and founders, today announced it has agreed to acquire EMCO Chemical Distributors (“EMCO” or the “Company”), a founder-owned distributor of industrial chemicals, primarily serving the midwestern United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
